Workmanship warranty explanation
DuraBull Roofing desires to give our customers the finest roofing service possible. We think this means standing behind our work with more than just our “say so” but with tangible warranties that our customers can count on. The following is a general guideline for our warranties.
10 year leak warranty on new roofs
When DuraBull Roofing has complete control over the entire roofing system (from the deck to the end product), we will offer our superior ten-year warranty. This warranty is only voided if the roof is changed from its original condition. For instance, if a skylight is installed, or a satellite dish is screwed on, or if a storm damages the system, e. As long as our system is not damaged or changed, we will warranty the roof against leaks for a period of ten years. If the roof leaks as a result of our workmanship error or deficiency within the warranty period, DuraBull Roofing will repair the leak at no charge. Our warranty is fully transferable to the next owner.
*Special notes:
1. “Roof” is defined as those parts and structures that interact with the shingles, tile, metal, et cetera of the chosen system. For instance, the curb of a skylight unit is part of the roof, and thus covered by our warranties. However, the dome on top of the curb is not a part of the roof as it does not interact with the roof system.
